What to Expect
Your session will start promptly at your appointment time, so it is a good idea to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early in order to fill out a client consultation form, and relax a bit with some refreshing purified water or herbal tea.

Cancellation Policy
As a consideration, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service.

In Preparing for Your Skin Care Treatment
* If you use Retin-A, Accutane, or Renova, we cannot perform any facial waxing as these products have a tendency to thin the skin.
* For best results, grow hair for a minimum of three weeks prior to waxing.
* Men, please shave before your facial treatment.
* After any facial or body treatment, it is important to drink plenty of water. During your treatment, lymph function can get activated, which is the natural cleansing system of the body. Drinking water helps to flush out the toxins that are released into the body as a result.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a product, please let us know (with a phone call or an email) within two weeks of purchase. Then, we’ll set up a time for you to bring in your product for either an exchange or a Blossom Organic Skin Care credit, valid toward any future purchase of product or service. We only accept products returned within two weeks.
